I was stuck on the side of the road, trying and struggling to get ahold of service for roadside assistance, when Elijah pulled over and offered assistance for free. He was very quick and friendly and I couldn’t be more appreciative for his services. He didn’t have to help but he did. I’ll definitely keep in mind this company for any future car troubles. He is great! My 2020 Sprinter van would not start so I called Whicker’s because he does work on Sprinters. I was thrilled when he came out from Charleston to Edisto the same day (for a modest additional fee which I was happy to pay). He is very competent. He checked the battery, fuses, starter, and the EIS module. He found that the ignition switch is the problem. So now I know what to focus on! Next step is finding a locksmith who works on this issue (a Mercedes specialist locksmith). I am not mechanically skilled and he gave me lots of useful info that I wrote down. He said I can call him if I need clarification. Highly recommend!!! Do not hesitate to call him if you are stuck and need help.

Quick and convenient. Whicker’s has their own insurance too so they can be trusted to he the job done right. Our mechanic was a great communicator and was patient with us navigating the snow over the weekend and managed to fit us in on Monday and got the job done quickly. 10/10

I live in Pennsylvania and needed a certified mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection for me. Elijah did a great job and saved me from making a costly mistake. Despite the vehicle being certified preowned (plus having only one owner and a clean Carfax report) he found door damage (not visible in the dealer photos) which would have required complete door replacement. He was responsive and helped me understand the true extent of the damage. Thank you, Elijah!
