White Water Car Wash

The car wash itself was fine and the service was quick, though I do wish they offered a mat washer. My biggest disappointment was being sprayed in the face when a service worker began washing the windshield without noticing that my driver’s window was still down. This is a basic oversight and easily avoidable. I would expect staff to confirm that all windows are fully closed after payment and before hosing down the vehicle. This experience was unacceptable, and I am highly disappointed.

Stopped by a few days ago to inquire about unlimited washes. Craig (manager) explained options and I ended up purchasing 6 mo plan (on line) the following week. Craig hooked me up with a "comped" wash the day I stopped by! Just after purchase of washes, I was involved in a collision that damaged auto enough to not allow washes - likely thru November. Spoke with Craig about issue and he promptly said to contact him when repair was complete and he would adjust/extend expiration of wash period. DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! - refreshing in today's business environment!!! The washes are high quality with courteous service from attendants - highly recommended!

Got a free 25 dollar wash. Left spots all over car and on plastic trim. One of the worst car washes . Be careful about going here

First time here with my new truck. I've always used manual car washes in the past but figured what the heck I'll try it. Came out looking terrible. Dirty with multiple areas of obvious mechanical damage to the hood, A-frame, and 100's of scratches down the sides. Spoke with the Manager about the damage who promptly smirked and told me to "prove it!" and refused to give any information about the owner or insurance. Filed a claim with my insurance company, paid the deductible- all done!

I had a payment issue and the owner hit me up within ten minutes to resolve it. It's an amazing car wash and now I feel good recommending their automatic payment system as they resolved my issue rapidly! Great car wash and great customer service.
