DO NOT ENTER - RUN. Looks like I am not the only one - went through - discussed with the attendant my expectation to be sure the vehicle is NOT going to have even brush scratches. **** GOT OUT with totally messed up back tire cover. No ONE even had the the courtesy to reach out that something is missing from the vehicle! When I requested refund, got response "we can confirm that all wash equipment was functioning properly at the time of your visit and there were no malfunctions or irregularities". I mean I am thinking you should then train your staff and fix the darn machine!

Great car wash, everytime i go here they are open, i drop my pickup here almost every week, come back and its dry and shiny. The staff here is more loyal unlike the other place down the road. So far cant complain.

I brought my car to White Cap Car Wash in Kill Devil Hills while on vacation, and I’m so glad I did! The wash was thorough, the vacuums were strong, and the whole place was clean and easy to use. What really stood out was the customer service — the manager, Timmy, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the Outer Banks and want to keep your car looking great!

On 7/25/25 we did receive the refund for two months. Thank you! As of 3:55 PM on 7/24/25 (minutes ago) we did receive an email from Whitecap Car Wash that there will be a refund for the two months charged. I will update after we receive the refund. Mid-May my wife and I were at a wedding in Kill Devil Hills for a long weekend. At that time I wanted my car washed and I stopped by Whitecap Car Wash and I signed up for one month $30.00 while in Kill Devil Hills as many times as needed. Never did I expect returning back to PA that we would be charged in June and July 2025 at $49.99 each month. We have tried calling but no one answers and my wife left a couple of messages + she has emailed them as well and no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED and concerned we will not be refunded.
