Had a really great experience at Whitten Brothers Ashland. Jason was awesome to work with — super easygoing, knowledgeable, and straightforward the whole way through. He answered all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. Highly recommend working with Jason and the team there.

I brought my car in for service and I received a video via text from the technician where he went over my car with a fine toothed comb. I was thoroughly impressed with the inspection and the car was repaired on time. My service advisor did a great job of communicating with me during the service appointment. I have bought vehicles from Whitten, had them serviced here and bought parts from the parts department. I have always had nothing but great service from everyone. I highly recommend Ray Waters in sales, Jason Richardson in service and Andrew and Trevor in parts.

Had been searching for a used suv for awhile and saw an ad on Facebook for SUVs from Whitten(thanks Apple/meta). Saw one that checked most of the boxes on my list. I sent an inquiry email late Sunday night. Monday morning I got a call text and email from a salesperson, Jason. He was helpful but not pushy. We set up an appointment for the next day, test drove it, and were done in a couple hours. In person Jason was the same way. Process was easy and I couldn’t believe the price. Didn’t even need to negotiate it was honestly that good compared to other reputable dealers. Great car and great experience. Could play less country music in the showroom though 😂.

I recently purchased a new 2026 Ram truck. I was apprehension at first, but my salesperson Jason Painter was awsome, he answered all my questions and did not rush me one bit. All the staff were great during the process also, even the service department while having bed liner and running boards installed.
