This is one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Went in to Hampton Ford Hyundai to check out a Mustang GT near closing time Friday evening. My entire experience with Jimmy was great. Jimmy allowed me to test drive the car and stayed after hours to discuss my options and trade in details. He allowed me a few nights to consider the numbers and I didn’t feel any pressure at all during my entire experience. Jimmy in sales and Kevin on the financing side made the experience really comfortable and easy and I would recommend Hampton Ford Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car. My favorite part of this whole experience was chatting it up with Jimmy and Greg about performance cars they’re just great people to talk to.

I am very happy with their service and customer service. It took me sometime to find a good Ford service center in the area to help with my new car. A bit out of the way for a fix but worth it. I needed something fixed for my bumper to bumper coverage and they were more than happy to service my 2024 Mustang. Thank you for your great customer service and service repair center.

Had an awesome experience buying a car for my daughters thanks to Greg Pappas. Super personable, gave us a great deal, and made the whole process really smooth. While we waited on banking and paperwork, he kept us entertained with great stories and pointed us to some solid local food spots (Street in Portsmouth in a must!).
