Wilkins RV of Syracuse

We had the best experience buying a new camper here. The salesman Jerit was fantastic and got us into a camper that would work with our family. Melissa the finance manager was amazing. She got everything dealt with in a matter of two days and it there was no stress on our end at all. I would highly recommend working with them and would definitely return.

Just saw a video of Wilkins RV selling an RV with damage covered up as fixed with covering it up and not replacing the damaged stuff in the RV. To make it worse, it looked like it was known there was mold and covered up and not disclosed to the buyer. I don't have first hand knowledge but it didn't look good in the video I watched. I suggest you do your research before buying, I am glad I was doing research before buying and ran across this video on Liz Amazing about a purchase here in CNY by a couple. WOW!

Saw an RV at their fairground show that I really liked. Family members of mine have purchased RVs from them in the past and had a really great experience. I did not. I stopped by to look at the one I liked and purchase it. When we got to the point of me actually signing paperwork, they added on an extra $2600 fee. Had to walk away, it was very deceptive. Make sure you talk to them about the price before you consider their sticker price legit.
