Wilson's Auto Repair

Had my car for a week and didn't get the work done. I was told it would only be a couple days. They take the work and then tell you they are very backed up. Understandable, but don't take the work and say it will be done quickly. People need their vehicles. Also had to call 3 times to check on progress, as they never called me. They are very rude on the phone. Guy kept raising his voice to me and being very short. Ended up picking it up and taking it somewhere else and it only took an hour for the repair. Terrible customer service.

Our car had to be towed somewhere and we found Wilson’s online. They were very knowledgeable and honest in their work. A couple of time it was difficult to get them on the phone, but other than that we were very happy with their work.

Have been doing business with Wilson's for several years. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. Reputable character and work! Highly recommemd for your car service needs.

I am a firm believer in that you have to trust someone to do business with them, Mr. Wilson is a straight forward church man that we met a few years back, he stand behind any work that is completed at his shop and he doesnt try to get rich off anyone. I was 1 day past inspection. Called up and was fit in to get it done. Professional, knowledgeable and overall great experience. The shop is definitely my go-to.
