I brought my 2018 Toyota Sequoia in to be looked at for several minor issues. The only thing they got right (I think) is the oil change. They were not able to figure out or repair my headlight issue. Worse, I asked them to check why the liftgate wasn’t opening correctly and they put a dent in it and made it so it won’t open all the way up. When I called to inform them about the dent after noticing it within 12 hours of having the car back, Jerry denied that it was their fault and stated that the dent was already there (it wasn’t, as me and my husband can attest to). I then asked for the contact info for the owner and received no response. This all cost more than $900. It’s not so much the money that I’m upset about as the lack of honesty and professionalism. Never will I go there again and

World Auto Repair charged me $800 to replace two wheel studs. Compare this to All Things Auto who quoted the same $800 to replace all 4 struts and shocks. I can't justify how this location in Eden Prairie can continue doing business like this. Sadly, I only came here because Discount Tire of Eden Prairie recommended me to get the work done here, to which I won't be taking any recommendations from them again.

World Auto Repair is the best shop I have ever used. They perform quality work and are great at communicating. I would highly recommend you use them for auto service!

I recently had my oil changed at world auto repair. The technician named Jake gave me the best service I have ever received. He was polite and honest. I will continue to go back to world auto repair as long as Jake is there!

I was referred to World Auto Repair by a coworker due to malfunctioning windshield wipers (not a great thing to have during a very foggy winter!). Jerry and his team helped me quickly due to my exigent circumstances and the wipers work perfectly now. They even followed up a few days later via text to make sure everything went well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
