I had a great experience with Wright Auto Works. They did an alignment on my car and got it looking absolutely dialed in. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. The whole process was super easy from start to finish. They were straightforward, professional, and made everything simple with no hassle. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. If you’re in the Charleston area and need quality work done, I highly recommend Wright Auto Works.

I had a great experience at Wrights Autoworks. They were quick and efficient, I waited during my service and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. After the appointment, they provided a detailed report with recommended services, but never pressured me to make a decision on the spot like dealerships often do, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was very nice, professional, and welcoming—even asking my opinion on their coffee setup while I waited. Highly recommend!

I have a 2017 Porsche Macan S that has an oil leak which is what this whole review is about. Another shop had told me about the leak before and mentioned that it probably came from the valve covers. Per the other shop’s information, I and buddy, who is a certified mechanic, replaced the valve cover gaskets ourselves. In doing so, one of the valve cover bolts broke, and we left a bolt spot open at the front of the engine to give easy access to replace when a new bolt came in. Well, after replacing the gaskets the leak continued, but it was a very slow leak as I drove the car all the way to the next oil change, which is when I decided to give Wright Auto Works a try per a recommendation. Trust these guys with your car! I had an excellent experience at Wright Auto Works. They did a fantastic job sorting out the transmission and electrical issues on my 330i. The communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the customer service was top-notch. I was also impressed by their pricing—very reasonable for the quality of work, including a great deal on a new set of tires. Fast turnaround and highly recommended!
