XL Parts Store

(i walked into xl parts store #22 1649 gessner suite A Houston Texas 77080) and was treated extremely poorly.. the people there do not have good customer service skills . it is one of the first auto parts stores that does not greet there customers well , the manager Oscar castro never smiles or says hello when greeting or say thank you when leaving. Just always has a blank look on his expression. However this is not mainly about Oscar.. I walked in the store looking for a transmission dip stick tube (SEAL).. and the clerk (which by the way , I do not know her name).. asked for all the information to the vehicle. Finaly she then started to look for this one part I was asking about. She responded that she could not see

These folks were very nice in person when I went to pick up some Liqui Moly to top off the oil in my Jetta TDI (2005.5 mk5).

My mechanic ordered a part at 11am, was told part would be delivered by 1:30 latest. Called mechanic to say it would be 3:00, it got here at 4:30. Located no more than 30 minutes from my mechanic.

Terrible over the phone customer service. The employee treated me like i was a nuisance and hung up on me.

Best kept secret with some of the lowest prices. The service is fast and most helpful!
