Zip Thru Express Car Wash - Free Wash - ask Attendant

The lady who was working here was very nice. She told me that I can wash my car at any location but when i went to the location in Santa clara, they were very unfriendly and had a horrible customer service. They said i cannot wash my car there. I call the nimber of customer service and they were the same people at the location so they denied to give me the service. I waste time and money with this people! Dont get any membership here!!

I have been a customer here for a couple of years. Recently I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I forgot to notify Zip Thru Car Wash of the new card number. When I went to wash my car I had to pay the 12.00 fee because my subscription was cancelled for non payment. I notified them and gave them the new card number to activate my subscription again. To my surprise I was reimbursed for the 12.00 charge. I have been happy with the service and would recommend it to everyone.

I do the monthly car wash package. This wash does decent job. It gets the dirty off for the most part. My only complaint would be that the air dryers don't work efficiently. I Also have to get out of my car and hand dry it so i don't get water spots all over my car. Mirrors, windows, hood, doors, and trunk.

I've taken 2 vehicles. One car was extremely dirty so they allowed me to send It through twice. It really helped still will have to give it a good waxing. The other vehicle was moderately dirty and came out fine. staff is super helpful. They do have free vacuums. Easy on and off freeway.
