Zips Car Wash

My experience with zips carwash was phenomenal! Austin was at the gate assisting other customers, when he had finished up with them and was able to help me out. Austin had told me about the best option and I went with his recommendation. I am from Florida and have never been in snow before, after the wash my car came out cleaner then my expectations. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Went thru wash 24 dollars still have dirt on car.

Still dirty spots, especially rims. Not a spot fee shine, had to go home with some waterless cleaner and clean the spots left behind myself, and how does 1 rim stay absolutely filthy while the other 3 are clean? Might have to rethink the membership I paid for. The cycles that your car goes through are way too short, the tunnel definitely isn't long enough to accommodate all the cycles they now have so your car isn't getting thoroughly cleaned like it should for the price you pay. I shouldn't have to go home and wash my just washed car. I'd rather have a clean, dried car than all the bells and whistles they try to fit in the entire cycle. Car washes need to do better, make the tunnels longer if you're going to have that many cycles in a wash.

Husband paid $24 for an underbody wash. OUR pickup still has gobs of mud on the undercarriage. You only get to rip us off once! Looks are not everything! We won't be back

All I wanted to do was wash my car. Situation was not the employees fault. He was helping another customer however, my complaint is with their timeshare sales approach. When you have two lanes, and there are not ample employees to assist, customers should be able to help themselves with their payment. There was a big cardboard sticker over the credit card Hole. So I’m sitting there and sitting there and sitting there waiting for the employee to get done in the First lane, so he can help me in the second lane. If you are forcing your employees to give the timeshare spiel to every customer, make sure you have enough employees to cover both lanes OR remove the big, unwanted, cardboard sticker, so customers can help themselves.
