It took me awhile to find a good, honest mechanic in Truckee that could work on my '74 F-250 without fumbling around. Rob did a great job, he diagnosed a problem that a previous other shop in Truckee only temporarily fixed by grossly compensating the air/fuel mixture. Rob not only fixed the job right, he also charged less than half what the other shop charged me for not really fixing my truck! My truck is running like a top! I am going to take all my vehicles to Rob from now on, my old Ford and my new Subaru, he can work on them all! I whole heartily recommend A Plus Auto. Not only is Rob a skilled Mechanic, but he has good business ethics and practices. He is honest, responsive, and is of the old school mentality of providing great customer service at all times.
