I rent from Go Rentals in Truckee on a regular basis, and every experience has been seamless. Brian and the team consistently go above and beyond — professional, responsive, and always accommodating. The vehicles are top-notch and impeccably cleaned every time. It makes a big difference working with people who truly care. Grateful to have Go Rentals as part of the Truckee community.

Snowstorm came and then the snowstorm came, and we went to the bus, stop emotional support, dragon Snowstorm and I had Toothless and Toothless is so cute and I am hugging Toothless in my sleeps, and I’m petting Toothless and Toothless is in my little cave, the cuddle cave and he’s cuddled and I gave Toothless a kiss before I go to sleep Toothless watches over me and my snoozes goodnight Toothless. Luna’s cold she needs to go to sleep. Maybe you can sleep on the Toothless as you are cuddling Toothless inside the cuddle cave. She’s so cute when she’s sleepy cozy up in your cave and I am cozying up in hibernation and Toothless and I are going to sleep soon, but I have to cozy up and I have to snooze soon and I have to give Toothless a hug in the cave go in the bed and sleep in the cave! I was visiting the Truckee area and needed to rent a car on short notice. I contacted GO Rentals and spoke with Brian, who was incredibly helpful. He even arranged to have the car delivered to me (there was a small fee, but the convenience was totally worth it). When I returned the car the next day, I met Connor, he was a delight to work with as well. Excellent customer service all around! GO Rentals gets an A+ from me for going above and beyond.

Outstanding experience with Go Rentals in Truckee. Nick at the Truckee office was above and beyond and so easy to work with. He set me up with a great new Rav4 I loved so that our family could have 2 cars to be flexible for different members (having all driven up from the Bay together). Not only was it a game changer to have a second car during our days here but the whole process of booking the car, getting it delivered, getting it picked up was so smooth and due to Nick details were super well thought through and he was a total pleasure to work with. I give Nick and Go Rentals Truckee 5 stars and would give more stars if I could! Thank you!!!!! Seriously one of those vacation experiences that makes your vacation so much happier and better!
