First time customer & I was really happy with the service all around. I was able to schedule my appointment over the weekend which was really helpful. The customer service was responsive and friendly. They got me in for a windshield replacement quickly, accommodating my schedule, and completing the job in great time. The prices are fair and better than other auto glass services in the area. Pick up and payment was easy, and the staff were very nice. Stoked to have a good local option here in Truckee! Highly recommend!

I had a stone chip, thankfully there’s a new location in Truckee! Super easy to make an appointment, all friendly staff. Super quick and easy to fix the stone chip too! Their mobile guy came and did a full windshield replacement for me about 3 years ago too… this windshield has lasted the longest so far! I feel soooo grateful and appreciative for this company. They were so helpful and squeezed me on their day off when I really needed my back window repaired before I moved to Colorado! So many good things to say about this business. First, I was given a price estimate up front (a third of what I was quoted from the dealership) so I knew what to expect. Made an appointment and all communication over text which I prefer. Staff was very friendly, nice clean shop and very accommodating front room where I sat comfortably and waited for them to replace my windshield in less than an hour and half!! Will definitely return with all future glass needs.
