CUSTOMERS BEWARE: The employees here seem nice; they’ll say hello, they’ll smile in your face, BUT BEWARE. Ever since I’ve started coming here, I’ve noticed things wrong with my car. I paid for a diagnostic test: nothing came up. A week later, after they fixed my brake, some fluid started leaking from my car the third time I brought my car back. Apparently, “there’s something wrong with my transmission.” Wouldn’t they have noticed this DURING THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST? Long story short, they poked a hole in my car to get more money from me. Unless you actually want to pay for your car to be broken time and time again, DO NOT COME HERE.
$2500 for breaks repair, and my breaks are still not fixed. I take my car back and wait for 4 hours while they pretend to fix the problem, just to still have the same problem
They gotta be better a customer service.... The gotta be better at providing the correct information rather than trying to use car sell folk
