Eddy is very professional and a great help through the whole process of getting the repairs done. He is an honest mechanic with constant communication on the fix. Definitely recommend him for any repairs.

I called the owner of the shop which is Eddy. On 09-20-24. I told him I needed a repair on my vehicle which is a Hyundai and I told him I think it’s a problem with the starter and that I needed to get my car towed to him. He told me yes I could so I got it towed that day. His communication is horrible. I had to keep reaching out to him on updates about my vehicle. He never reached out to me but one time and that was in regards to how much everything would cost. But on 9-25-24 he told me to come the next day so I could sign some paperwork, and I stated to him that I have an extended warranty and he’ll be paid that way. He told me he doesn’t really like going through warranty companies because they take all day to send out payments. But that’s something he should’ve stated when I first calle

After the dealer's unsuccessful diagnosis after completing the recall oil feed line, my car required the following repairs to be completed: Valve Cover gasket, water pump, water pump gasket, oil filter adapter, stabilizer link, Rear valve cover gasket, and Rear engine oil adapter. I brought my Kia Stinger GT2 to Star Auto for Eddie to repair and he found an issue right away. He is a professional mechanic and may take him time to complete the work but trust me he would get it done with no issues. Eddie is passionate about his job and is concerned with the customer's needs.
