AAA Evergreen Park Car Care Plus

I’m an AAA member. My car died and (after waiting four hours) AAA towed my car to this repair facility. They charged me $150 for a diagnosis (OK, I guess) and told me that (a) I needed a new battery and (b) I needed a new fuel pump. I had them go ahead with the work (had little choice) and picked it up five days later. I was just adding washer fluid when I noticed that they had not replaced the battery after all. The car runs (though has a strong solvent smell) so I assume they replaced (fixed?) the fuel pump. I called and was told to bring the car back and they would give me a new battery. I’m attaching a photo of the “new” battery. Update: As I noted above since we had this service my wife has been complaining about an odor in the car. I assumed that it had something to do with

Our vehicle broke down on I80 in IN close to 2pm on a Saturday. We were towed to the AAA Evergreen Park location. The entire team was able to help us get back on the road before the shop closed that afternoon. We especially want to thank mechanic Torri Campbell for going above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience here! I brought in my car with a partial flat just an hour before they close, and I was able to get service immediately. Brenda helped me out at the service desk and she was extremely friendly, reassuring, and efficient!

Excellent service , Brenda, Jay and Dee were very friendly. They probably got tired of be calling everyday to see if the part came in but once it arrived I was able to pick up my car that day. Thanks guys.

EDIT: I had to come back a month later for a completely unrelated issue and once again the team at the EP AAA location were able to get me in and out fist thing in the morning! Thank you Jay and team! This really is where I will be coming in for service going forward Jay and his team were able to get me in and fix my car issues in the same day! Everything is running smoothly now but I will be back here if I need work in the future
