The staff at this location were stellar. They were informative as well as knowledgeable. And extremely patient also kind. The Evergreen Pk, Il is particularly great for women. There is nothing but respect never are you spoken over or your concerns dismissed. Thank you all for your excellence and expertise.

Stopped by Take 5 for an oil change and cabin filter replacement, and I was really impressed. Everyone was friendly and respectful, explained what they were doing, and didn’t pressure me into anything extra. They worked efficiently and had me in and out in a short time. I appreciate the great customer service and will be returning for my next oil change.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here at Take 5. The employees are so friendly and happy to be there. It made the process go by lots quicker. All three employees on my visit were definitely trained very well. I was even surprised a young lady knew her way around the car.

Shaun was a great help and very knowledgeable about the different services that may car needed when I got my oil change. It was easy to trust his judgement and he made me feel comfortable with any add-ons, when I typically feel like technicians are just taking advantage. This is a great team at this location!
