Not Happy with Kelly insurance! They found me great coverage for 2022. 2023 they didn't bother trying to find better rates or coverage. I trusted the agent had found me the best deal. Two weeks later a different insurance company sent a better policy (rate, coverage). I cancelled with Kelly a month before renewal was due. A month later I find out the insurance company billed me. I had to issue a stop payment. The bank stopped the payment. Kelly doesn't believe they should pay the stop payment fee. Agent dropped the ball, had he found better coverage and rates I would have possibly stayed, he didn't look for better at all. Left me responsible for fixing the mess.

This is a terrible company. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. Claimed they could provide a quote for trucking, didn't follow through. Now got my company locked out of the insurance systems. Unreal. Small family business that with peoples livelihoods on the line and they have your number blocked from calling. Without knowing all the background of this story, just trust me when I say this is the most shady insurance company I have come across.

Incompetent. Condescending. I made everything clear on what was required for my insurance to get my business running, yet everything was done wrong. After talking to progressive customer service they were able to get me what I needed in an hour AND drop my quote by 5,000 dollars! Would not recommend to anyone.
