Brothers Car Wash

I am beyond disappointed with this car wash and will absolutely never return. I paid extra for wheel and tire cleaning, tire shine, interior vacuuming, and a dashboard wipe-down, and nearly every one of those services was either poorly done or completely ignored. The wheels were still visibly dirty with grime left behind, making the so-called “extra” wheel service feel like a complete scam. The tire shine was uneven and barely visible, if it was applied at all. The interior was just as unacceptable. I paid for vacuuming, yet there was still trash and debris on the floor. The cup holders were untouched. The dashboard was left sticky, which is worse than not cleaning it at all and clearly shows it was rushed or improperly wiped down. My car looks new again. Both inside and out. The day I went to get my car clean I was there 5 minutes after opening in morning. There were 5 cars already ahead. They have a lot of employees doing different parts of the cleaning. Expect to be there waiting for minimum of at least 30 minutes or probably longer. Do not go if you are on a tight schedule. They do a really good job cleaning cars. FYI, you can not block Kedzie street while waiting. Law enforcement is always checking and will issue violation.

Extremely disappointed with the new management. I specifically asked them to focus on my rims and paid extra for tire dressing, and they still did a horrendous job. This is the third time I’ve come back trying to give them a chance, only because the previous team always made sure my truck looked perfect. Unfortunately, that level of care is gone. This location is the most convenient for me, but I’m beyond frustrates seeing my truck look disgusting. Do better. This is right after from leaving the car wash.

There was a long line and wait to be service. Given it was my first time and I was referred by my sister. The service wasn’t too bad. But could be better. I noticed some short cuts which I wasn’t pleased with and they didn’t completely dry the car off. I still had water running down the car when I drove off. Next time I will inspect good before I leave.

I've been coming to this car wash for awhile now and I believe that management or ownership has changed! I stopped by here this morning at 8am they didn't appear to be opened and there were already several cars lined up so I left. I went back after work and arrived there at 5:15 pm and they close at 6 pm and a worker put the closed sign up behind my vehicle as I got in the line. As they were finishing up my vehicle I noticed that they didn't dry the vehicle completely so I asked them to dry it and one of the workers who wasn't even washing my car says to me "you should have come earlier"! Which I informed him that I had been there earlier but needed to get to work. I found this workers comment to be very disrespectful and unwarranted!
