Lazy people..So my wife's wiper broke off on her way to the store she stopped in to ask someone for new wipers as no one even acknowledged she walked in they were too busy watching tictok videos.. then Gave my wife the wrong size windshield wipers, and didn't even offer to help her wile trying to put in on in the downpouring rain. Pathetic. Same issue when her battery was going bad they advertise to do free installation but told my wife they didn't know how to do it and asked if there was someone at home that could do it smdh 😒 get it together!! 👎

I wish I had gotten the guys name, but I didn't. I was recently in to buy new wiper blades (6/17) and yes, I know how to put them on, but I had just gotten surgery and I have some stuff going on and I usually am hesitant to ask for help, but the gentleman working was more than willing to quickly put them on for me. Now yes there are signs all over about battery changes and wipers changes, but it's easy and I'd rather do it myself than holding anyone up. I genuinely needed that guys help and he was very helpful and I appreciate him and his services.

I do alot of my own work on my cars and trucks. I don't have a lot of time to do that work. They seem to always have what I need in stock compared to those other places. Good service, prices, and inventory. It's one of the places I frequently visit for parts and supplies.

I needed an alternator for my project, my go too store is usually hamburg's AutoZone however they didn't have the part and told me the closest I could get it was in Allentown. The following day I called this AAP and they told me that they didn't have it in stock, but their warehouse did so they asked their driver to pick it up for me and had it at the store in about an hour. I have never felt so valued as a customer before. Incredibly kind of them
