Steve Moyer Collision Center

Someone had backed into my 2019 Subaru WRX about a month and a half ago... didn't do much damage, but I literally just got my car 3 months ago and she only has 18K miles on it.. Took it right to Steve Moyer Collision Center. About 3 week later, I get the call to come get my car! 😁 First look at my car at the Collision Center and it's absolutely perfect! All lines match, no major gaps at all, paint matches to the T, and they even washed it after they were finished! The team there is wonderful! Very helpful! And explains everything that's going on along the way! Very good experience there! Thanks everyone there at Steve Moyer Collision Center! My WRX looks amazing and back to the way it was!

If there was a star lower than one that would be their true rating. I would not wish this collision center on my worst enemy. Beginning of December I hit a deer less than 5 minutes from my house I live in Leesport so took my 2015 GMC terrain to the collision center two blocks from my house to be repaired. They had my car a month got paid from the insurance company to do everything however when I got my car back there is still chalk writing on the windshield terrain emblem missing pinstripe missing two wheels not reading on the tire monitoring unit with a message to say service when we pop the hood we found that there was broken clips attempting to hold in plastic pieces around the engine bay and the big metal holder for the battery and charging unit components on top was not aligned and pr

Absolutely horrible experience. My car was in an accident and the miscommunication was absolutely ridiculous. I was hit in the rear by a USAA driver. No fault of my own. Took my car to be repaired at Steve Moyer Collision in Leesport. I ended up having to pay for a partial tear down to verify damages out of pocket and then was told because the USAA driver who hit me only had $5,000 In liability coverage that they decided not to fix my car and that I was responsible for the partial tear down and I’d have to pay an additional $65 a day if I didn’t immediately come get my car. I was told different things by different employees, received an ignorant message from Bruce the collision manager that they weren’t going to fix my car after we had turned in their initial estimate and supplemental esti

Bob was wonderful and my daughter was very happy with her car! The woman at the front desk needs training in customer service.

My dad's 2009 Dodge Challenger was fixed here, paint was pretty decent, but the body lines were way off, and they overcharged his insurance.
