It was a busy Saturday so I can’t fault them for time. Natasha (I think that was her name) was really helpful and understanding of price and I was able to get everything my car needed to be safe done that day without crazy additional costs. For all the warranties that I got for the tires, plus minor things needed, I’d say the price matched the service. Overall it was worth it. I’ll be going back for my state inspection and alignment when I need one (their free alignment test said I didn’t need one yet 😁)

I bring my cars to CJ‘s Leesport instead of the dealership. The service is great the wait times are not long. They do all my oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and I even had them do the leveling kit on my F150. Great people great service.

Needed 2 new back tires and ordered them through their website. That very same day, they called to let me know the tires were delivered. Once I was able to get there, they put them on for me. All staff have been so kind and patient and doing their best! They are very welcoming and work hard. I’ll be back for an alignment and definitely recommend this location! Definitely call ahead to see how long the wait may be as they have a busy season!:)

My husband and I have been going to CJ's for oil changes and tire rotation on our vehicles for years receiving great service. Unfortunately, this past experience was not good. On Friday, December 19th both our vehicles had the usual oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick up my car from being serviced that morning, I was told when the tech drove his truck into the bay the bounce caused the truck bug deflector to come off part way. They said there was a crack in it prior to this and they removed it. (There was no crack no damages). I looked over in the bay and his truck was there and the deflector still on, hood up. They also stated a certain nut was missing from one of the tires. I left and called our mechanic who just inspected the truck a week before. He stated with 10

Everyone was very polite and pleasant. I stopped in with a slow leak in one tire. The leak was found and examined and they determined that it was too close to the side wall to properly patch. I needed a new tire. One had to be ordered to match the other tires and I was called the next day to let me know it was in. Within an hour I was back on the road with a new tire.
