Rt. 183 Car Wash

This car wash is of the self-serve variety, it was clean, all the components of the car wash was in perfect working order, the only issue I had and this could be easily remedied by bringing newer bills but the change machine seemed way too sensitive and would not except my dollars which cost me a lot of time. This car wash is, however, the only one I've ever seen that has a handheld blower dryer that was so powerful that it worked great no more drying my truck with towels to avoid water spots. The dryer alone is what will make this my exclusive car wash.

I used to really love this place, but it does a lousy job on my black 2023 Grand Cherokee. It doesn't clean the back (window / lift gate, etc.) at all. The rinse cycle doesn't remove all of the soap, and the blower does a poor job drying it, causing me to have to wipe down the whole vehicle when I get home. I still use it on occasion, knowing I will have to finish the job by hand because there aren't any other touchless car washes (which I prefer) in my area.

Used to be the “hidden gem” of Reading area car washes; Always a decent wash at a good price. Recently they “upgraded” and by upgraded I mean they added some new equipment and doubled the prices…. The car wash itself is average to decent but not worth the money. For the same price you can get a better wash plus wind/towel drying included.

This place is a complete upgrade from a previous placed I would go to. Everything works! They have plenty of spaces for vacuuming and drying your car. I've yet to arrive and have to wait on anyone to finish washing their car. They also have a push through car washing station if you don't want to hand wash. I enjoy the location and when the sun starts to get low I still feel safe with the visibility from the lot lights.
