Limp in with a busted transmission cooler and waited till they opened in walked in and Tammy got right to work on getting me in the door and back out on the road every one I came in contact with was nice the technician that work on my was awesome kept working my truck till it was done he didn't go off and talk to other techs like some shops. All and all great shop experience

I Own Transportation Pacific in Leesport PA which is right down the road. They service a fleet of 5 trucks for me I’ve spent $40,000+ with them over the past 6 months. I’ve been happy with all repairs made to my trucks and the prices. They stay busy and it can be hard to get in there if you need something but they do there best to help within reason. Everyone has be really nice that works there.

We took our Newmar coach in for inspection when I called for the appointment Mike in service mentioned the dealer never put the Freightliner warranty in for us which is important if there are any recalls. That was the first of many amazing things Berman did for us. They went over all the (chassis) concerns we mentioned and found the issues and fixed them all. While driving it back to the storage facility it was like a different coach. We are very pleased with the professionalism and performance of the entire team. I would highly recommend this organization.
