My car looks better than ever! Brandywine worked with us through the entire process and made everything as stress free as possible, especially after the insurance company tried to total the car. They truly went above and beyond, doing everything they could to make it work and didn’t have to. Their dedication, honesty, and customer service care really stood out. I recently had my Audi repaired at Brandywine Coach Autobody, and the service I received was truly exceptional from start to finish. I had my Audi towed to Brandywine Coach Works in Leesport for an insurance claim. Sadly my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Kathy in the office was very helpful, (more helpful than my insurance company!) and took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. The shop didn’t do any work on my car but anything I need in the future is going here based on how great Kathy was to work with and the quality of the work I’ve seen in photos and other reviews.
