I wanted to give a shout out to Carly who helped my niece with her wiper installation this morning (11/26/25) My niece has always been very self sufficient but had surgery in September so she had to go in and ask for help with her wipers. She raved about how kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient that Carly was, and we just wanted her to know how much it was appreciated! Thank you Carly!

I stopped in Saturday October 18th at 7:30pm to exchange a headlight bulb that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The girl at the counter was very rude and unprofessional, insinuating that I was trying to use my extended warranty under false pretenses, accusing me of presenting a bulb that wasn't covered. This bulb that went out was only a few months old, and I had purchased the extended warranty. She did not know how to work the system, and the only redeeming factor in the situation was the young lady she had to call from the back to help her. The young lady that came from the back apologized to me and was able to run the transaction in the system. She's the reason there's 2 stars. Came into the store and had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there while there were multiple employees in the store there was only 1 employee up front at the checkout area. From the time I walked in looked up, found, and got the one replacement light I needed for my car and went and stood behind another gentleman who had been waiting to check out since at least I walked in (and it seemed longer) the only employee up there to check us out was too busy helping someone on the phone instead of the customers who actually came into the store to make a purchase, not just ask questions over the phone! I needed a battery, but needed the purchase to be quick, because I was busy, so after comparing prices (core charge too), I picked Advanced Auto (as I always do for parts!). But since moving to the Mooresville area this was my first time at this location. The website seemed to be updated and easier to edit my profile and make the purchase online. I really liked that. I liked the inventory available and didn't mind paying $50ish more for a better battery. In-store, I was in and out in less the 2mins with the helpful gentlemen behind the counter. Returning the old battery two days later (with my receipt) was even easier and just as fast. Friendly staff and I even had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager there.
