Jakes was awesome when it came to repairing my cracked bumper. I am a college student and needed my car for the rest of the semester. They ordered my part (and found and a promo deal on it!!), and kept it until I was done with the semester. They communicated with me and kept following up on my appointments and worked around changes my schedule. They we super fair and honest with the pricing, and I felt respected and informed. My car was done in less than 48 hours (when they told me three days), and it looks absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend Jake's, and I thank them for all of their help!

Just picked up my car from Jake’s! It only took them a week to replace my hood, windshield, mirror, and do a dent removal. My car is a 2024 so it was important for me to have it looking as good as new, and they met that expectation. I went through insurance for my repairs and they handled everything. It is a very well ran body shop, and I’ll definitely be going back!

Jake’s really went to bat for me with insurance. Insurance was only willing to cover an after-market bumper. Jake’s said it did not fit. They went back and got the right bumper covered. The paint matched perfectly and no one would ever know I had work done. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend them.

Great people. Great work done on the car. Amazing service and an amazing paint job. I have a very metallic and sparkling silver color and I've been unable to tell the difference in the paint job at all. It's been great and they work well with insurance to make sure the whole job is done correctly. Had to have a bumper and quarter panel fixed/replaced and it took about 2 weeks with the paint job and I'm glad they didn't rush it and did it right. I definitely plan to continue going here.
