🚨 SCAM 🚨 I wish I could give fewer than one star. My car sat outside at Xtreme after an accident while the insurance company did their back-and-forth, and I was told there “may be fees.” I assumed that meant something reasonable. Instead, when I arrived to pick up my unfixed car, I was hit with a $1,200 bill for basically nothing. When I pushed back on the charge just to get my keys, suddenly the number dropped to $600, which tells me that the price was more of a moving target than an actual, transparent fee. Nothing about the process felt consistent, professional, or grounded in any clear policy. If you enjoy surprise charges and unclear explanations, this might be your place. Otherwise, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I would give it 6/5 stars if I could. I have been in the automotive business for 16 years and a valet wrecked my BMW in February. I knew there was only one person I trusted with the repair. Like Conchita said in her review it is worth the wait. Part of the problem is the owner is a perfectionist and he has a hard time hiring people that meet his standards so he does much of the work himself. And also echoing what she said it looks BETTER than when I purchased it pre owned 5 years ago! The BEST around town hands down and it's not even close!

I was very skeptical about bringing my bmw 335xi here after going through so much miscommunication with other shops etc but I was not disappointed at all the owner is extremely friendly and texted me throughout the process and kept me informed this is the only guy I'm taking my car to from now on 👍👍👍

Outstanding detailed work. Car looks better than when I brought home from dealer. If you are on wait list, stay there. Bob is well worth the wait. I give him 100+ stars if I could. His work is Xtreme precision and perfection. I won't let anyone else touch my car. Professional, friendly, courteous, perfectionist. Very satisfied client.
