Big O Tires

Had a flat tire on a 15° day. Ruined an almost new Michelin tire. Had to change it outside in a 20 mile per hour wind. No fun. Took the wheel and flat to Shane, Tom and the crew at Big O in Mooresville, Indiana. They didn't have a matching tire in stock, but got it the next morning. Back on the road now and happy. Mooresville Big O is one of the best. Always busy, but still quick andefficient. 5 stars.

My truck blew a heater hose as I was traveling through. I threw a long ball and stopped to see if they could help me. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they helped me out alot. Excellent customer service!! Thanks again for what you guys did. I've driven over 750,000 miles in the last 6 years and this type of service is very rare out on the roads.

Patched my tire free of charge, probably because I ordered 4 new tires at the same appointment, but that was a nice surprise. I’ll keep coming back🙂 Trey apprised me of options and treated me like an informed consumer. He did not try to upsell me. Ladies, specifically, this is a good place to go.
