Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Mooresville

I was headed out for a busy day of work and realized I had a nail in one of my tires. Did a quick stop into a press Pro and spoke with Chad. He had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Super friendly. Will definitely use again when needed.

Absolutely amazing staff! I wasn’t sure exactly what was wrong and I knew there was quite a few different things wrong with my car. They were very easy to get into and easy to be able to get ahold of somebody. They inspected everything making sure to find every aspect I was worried about, a solution. They moved very quick, getting the parts to the shop in no time and was able to pick up my car the same night even with multiple problems and me thinking I’d have to have her in the shop for a couple days. They are budget friendly and will work with you as much as they can to be able to fix your car up for a reasonable price and fit your budget. Very highly recommending xpress pro and Zach especially helped me a ton on keeping me updated, educated and fitting around my needs. I won’t hesitate

I was a little disappointed that they were to busy to get me in the day I stopped in. I made an appointment for the following Friday. I could not find my car keys and ended up being about 15 minutes late. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant. The wait was minimal. The staff was friendly and quick. Service was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful. I bought a set of Michelin Tires along with an oil change at below competitive prices. I thought I needed an alignment but after putting the new tires on, they check and said it was already 100%. They took the price off the bill in front of me. A lot of places would have charged me anyways. Very honest people. Hard to find that in life anymore. Highly highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

One of the mostly friendly places around. They were informative and detailed when it came to explaining my vehicles condition. They took great care to make sure my vehicle stayed clean while working on it. They scheduled me in for repairs quick and made me feel like a valued customer. Zack and his team are friendly, laid back and caring to every customer that comes in.
