Not only did he handle getting my car safely to his shop, but he also took the time to walk me through setting up my insurance claim. He was patient, kind, and incredibly efficient during one of the most stressful moments I’ve had in a long time. My car was in great hands, and I felt truly cared for the entire time. The mark of a great shop is one who is kind to strangers. It pays off to do good work for your regulars, or new customers who might be back, but to help out a family in a road trip and not use the opportunity to gouge them is pretty rare. This shop got us in right away to repair a bumper that had come almost off after an encounter with a high curb. We were 1200 miles away from home and closing in on a weekend. They got us in, bumper repaired in about 90 minutes and at a shockingly good price. The owner told my husband he’d been in our shoes before. I could not be more grateful.
