The store was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I did have an issue where the part they gave me was not for my vehicle and I noticed it beforehand I installed it. I brought it right back and they gladly changed it out for the right part, and I paid the difference. They lost a star because I had to make the return trip. It happens, I'm not mad. 5 stars is for perfection. Having to make a return trip because I was given the wrong part is not perfect.

KEVIN is amazing!!!! He has so much knowledge and fixed my back wiper blade in 1 minute! Another store claimed that it could not be fixed (after spending 45 mins there), but Special K to the rescue! Thank you, Kevin!

Ellis was very helpful trying to figure out my warranty information for my battery. Speaking with Don the manager was not as pleasant. He was very nasty and didn’t want to help at all. Advised me that I only have a 3 yr warranty and I purchased battery 10/02/22 and I was way outside my warranty 🤔 but if I’m not mistaken I have til 10/02/25. Just didn’t want to help clearly

I purchased an alternator for a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in July of 2025 and three months later this part failed. Now I have to pay for a new alternator and belt compliments of Advance Auto Parts and re-install the same part.

Alonso was the most helpful person that I have met here at advance auto parts. He helped me assess my problem and persisted at looking up the spark plug layout, even after his coworker was repeatedly rude to him treating him like he didn’t know what he was doing with his smart comments loud enough for all to hear. I almost left but decided to stay and let Alonso finish what he was doing. He helped me to see that I needed to go ahead and replace my ignition coil with the plugs so I bought six, as I had replaced two already. The other worker who was at the next register just kept shaking his head and saying “he won’t listen to anybody” over and over as he walked back and forth to the other employee working behind the shelf. That’s not professional, nor does anyone deserved to be treated this
