Stay away from this shop. I’m local and chose this place because it’s always busy, and I assumed that meant the repairs would be high quality. Big mistake. I seriously regret bringing my car here. I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle in for minor bear damage at the end of July. Fast-forward to December, and somehow my car now has more issues than when I dropped it off. Every time I went back, something else was still wrong or newly wrong. Emails? Ignored. Repair timelines? A mystery. Apologies? Not a single one. After multiple visits and contradictory explanations, I finally had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair just to get any movement. Incredibly helpful staff. Fae made sure our needs were met and she and their techs went the extra mile for us when our SUV came in with damage and had to have substantial personal items removed and held for us. Beyond expectations and so pleased to see/experience!

Had my 2017 lexus ct200h "repaired" there. The paint has runs in. There are thin spots in the paint. The rear quarter panel was a plastic aftermarket that did not sit properly so they put hex head nuts into the wheel wells thru the body to secure the rear panel. Thats going to rust!!!!! Im disgusted and dumbfounded.

They were flexible in scheduling, communicated the progress and completed the repairs ahead of schedule . Also, the cost came in below the original estimate. They worked with my insurance company to make the process seamless. I’m very happy with the results
