Advantage Car & Credit Moraine

. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about three weeks ago and will update this review as the situation is resolved. On the day of purchase, I drove off the lot with a headlight out and a broken roof antenna. I was told to replace the headlight myself and that the antenna could not be fixed. While not major, it was frustrating immediately after making a large down payment. Within days, I noticed a burning oil smell and contacted the dealership. I was advised to monitor it. Over the next few weeks, additional issues appeared, including a suspected power steering fluid leak (requiring multiple top-offs), fluctuating heat, a squealing cabin fan, low coolant levels, concerns about possible oil/coolant contamination or an oil filter housing issue, and headlights that randomly shut off

Coming to advantage car & credit was a great experience, everyone is very friendly and very helpful. They gave me options, Josh was really great and he helped me. And I met Cody and he was extremely nice. overall a great experience

Redoing my review because I purchased a car from here and I didn’t even have this car a week and almost lost my life in it from driver tire popped off while I was going 60 mph by Gods grace and mercy I didn’t hurt myself or anyone else. I thought it was weird they made me do a review while still in the office but I had to update it because these people sell lemons and the finance people capital auto credit are frauds and crooks they say they help you if you lose your job they do not I got laid off and miss barely 2 payments and they took my 2 car I got from the moraine location after my jeep from the Troy location failed on me they refuse to let me get my personal items out the vehicle and they never disclosed the vehicle had a tracker which is illegal in the state of Ohio please please pl

On a personal level, Josh has not only made me a priority, he also were persistent with his help, along with his patience. He was truly marvelous to me
