My elderly father took his truck in for an estimate on a wheel bearing and ended up getting talked into $1800 in other repairs. I went into the shop the next morning at 8 am to tell them not to go any further with the repairs and I would pay for what had been completed they informed me that the truck was done and only needed an oil change. I left and called into pay for the work with my debit card because I assumed the work would have been completed before myself or my husband would have been off work to take cash back. I was charged a 3% fee which I was not informed of. When I went back in and questioned Sam about it he stated it’s posted on the door. I have been a customer of Ron's Car Care in Miamisburg for years and hated to see them close there shop there. But, it appears the shop in Moraine is just as awesome. I needed a new intertube for a dolly and they found one for me, went to pick it up in Dayton, put it in the tire and inflated it, all for an unbelievably fair price. I know this is not their usual work, but they treated me like I was just as important as any other customer. All in just a couple of hours. Thank you so much!

I work the overnight shift at a local hospital. I get off at 7:30 a.m. When I got to my car to head home for much needed sleep, my car was dead. Granted this was the second time in a month this has happened, so I knew I had to face the inevitable. Thankfully, Roadside assistance came to my rescue within an hour. I decided to go straight for a battery, and remembered Ron's recently moved close to my employer. I pulled in hoping for a miracle, and was greeted by Sam. I promise you, within no time I was on my way home with a new battery. To me, this was so awesome. I have been using Ron's for all my auto needs and have had this type of service for 5 years. Ever so thankful I found these guys a few years back. I now have dependable, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic/s in my life. I have received excellent service time after time, and all of my cars run amazingly.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ~Although my truck has high miles, with their maintenance and care, I feel safe taking my copilots on adventures!

I hate car repair places. I don’t trust mechanics. It is so easy for them to fool people, rip customers off etc. HOWEVER this place is awesome! I had three different issues with my car and they called me after each issue to explain things along with options and costs. Their parking lot is packed and out of control because they have so many customers which is a great problem to have! Despite how busy they were they got all three issues fixed very quickly and we were out the door within 24 hours. They are definitely my go to place for sure.
