Take 5 Oil Change

My tire pressure light came on after my oil change. Zach wanted to scan my military id after I told him I was military because he “didn’t know me” I responded I use the other location after looking at my profile he said he verified the information. I was offered warm water, my windshield was not cleaned. They appeared more focused on the up sale of a coolant flush versus my request. There was a lot of profanity used by the technicians in front of a bay full of customers. This is why I use the other location there is always something.

Got an oil change last night around 7. Both guys working are super nice and knowledgeable and don’t force sell anything. They give good advice .and did great work! Got me in and out under 20 min even with doing some other work on my truck ! Wipers filter and ect ! Highly recommend especially the store in wc by Meirs

Definitely would not recommend going here. Poor customer service, I had asked why my oil change was so much and the guy had said “well I don’t know what You did last time.” Blaming me and he was yelling at his coworkers in front of me and my family in the middle of my oil change . They had taken more than 5 minutes to find my oil after draining all of my oil and not checking to see if they had my cars specific oil in stock. They also had gotten rude when I had tried to bring up me calling ahead of time and the person on the phone told me one price and then when my service was done it was way higher than the phone price.

I watched every attack put their full body weight on the oil retrieval point. The manager acted like he took it personally when I didn't want to change my air filter and then my windshield was cracked so he shoved his thumb in it and tried to increase the crack. Now I have an oil leak from where they didn't replace the filter tight enough. Never to return again. The only reason I gave them two stars is because it's easier for them to scrub one star reviews.

Super cool dudes when I went there on the 11th. Turns out, the valvoline across the street overfilled my car by two whole quarts! They let me know and assured me there was no noticeable damage to the motor from that debacle. 10/10 would recommend! Never go to Valvoline because they suck!
