This was my first visit, and despite the fact that it’s a two-hour drive, I’ll absolutely be continuing to do all of my maintenance with them. The level of service, honesty, and expertise makes the trip more than worth it.

Top notch excellence experience at Tremaine’s from the first phone call. Gary took the time to explain and call back with estimates and wait time for parts. No gimmick on services that aren’t warranted either. I felt like the integrity of the company and team is a legacy they believe in by quality service and also the team completing the service in a timely manner. They took the time to answer questions and even show me first hand. No rush and fair pricing for this family owned business who believes in the customer. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and patient I have been to Tremaine's on a handful of occasions. Gary 2 and Tremaine's team are outstanding and have helped me fix the problems with the old 2006 Volvo V50 which I recently purchased. Firstly, they are extremely knowledgeable and Gary 2 was very patient with me when I had questions. Secondly, they are honest. When I had an engine code (0303) pop up, they told me that the code simply hadn't been reset and that the problem was fixed. They could have told me I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils but were honest. On another occasion they were able to fix some obscure issues (removing an old navigation system) which are probably rarely encountered. I lost my key and Gary was able to go above and beyond to make sure we got a replacement as soon as possible. He made the process super easy and was extremely knowledgeable on Volvo vehicles. He did a check on my vehicle and told me about other problems with fair prices to fix them! I’ll definitely be back again.

Volvo experts. Big job with a big price tag but they got it done faster than estimated and gave a 2 yr guarantee. Hopefully we won't be back but Tremaines is where our Volvo goes if there's an issue.
