JJ's Towing & Transportation

I've used JJ's towing twice and had great experiences both times. Most recently their driver John took my Mazda3 from a lot downtown to a shop in Kettering for a flat tire. my wheel was rusted to the hub and I couldn't get it off to put a spare on. He was kind and helpful and nice to talk to on the drive over. AAA sent him and I'm glad they work with JJ's!

Nice to be able to count on a good company in the middle of a crisis! Our car died while driving, and JJ’s towing came to the rescue, within minutes! The tow truck driver, Cody was professional, prompt, respectful, polite, caring, and efficient! A job well done! Thank JJ’s Towing, we will call you again if needed! Highly recommend!

Imagine thinking your car was being towed to the dealership to call said dealership and they tell you that they have no updates because they NEVER got the car...JJs Towing got paid but where is my mother's vehicle? Sad part is, I need a tow myself but I definitely won't be using them as a referred tow company. I'll just reinstate my AAA and be patient.

My driver Wayne was only called out for a TOW due to a tire blowout and when he got there my KEYS were locked in my car with my SPARE TIRE. Not only did he get my keys out, he also changed my tire and towed my car FREE of charge all because he was in a good mood today. I’m not saying that YOU might get as lucky as me but I’m so thankful to have had him as a TOW driver!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOW SERVICE

The service was impeccable. I was upset by driving my car over a parking cement thing. I was on my way to urgent care so I was in a weakened state. The tow truck came immediately and Wayne was very consoling and kind. He did the service quickly and came back to me and assured me that it looked like nothing was damaged. I was SO relieved. Best service ever by a mechanical gentleman. Thanks for the opportunity for me to experience it!
