I believe this company is very unprofessionally run. I was originally estimated 2 weeks for repairs, I just picked it up today after 6 weeks and 1 day. While I understand sometimes you have to wait on parts, 4 additional weeks is absolutely insane. Communication with clients is nonexistent, even when I would call- the person I needed to speak to conveniently happened to “just step out” every single time. I would be promised a call back and never hear back. I once had to call 4 times in one day (over a span of 6 hours) just to get ahold of my tech, who then just argued with me and told me she had no updates for me. Jenn was the tech- she is extremely rude and argumentative to the point I would call and just ask to speak to the manager, Andy, to check on my car because I did not want to be b

They did an excellent job on keeping me updated on my vehicle along with getting it back to me on the scheduled pick up date. My car looks good as new!

Had a great experience from start to finish. Jessica gave me great updates. They weren’t too much or too little and felt like i knew what was happening with every step! Every person I encountered was kind, respectful and helpful. Very thankful for what was a stressful situation turned into a situation that gave me some comfort!

Will recommend them everytime! Awesome staff and customer service! My car was done before the expected due date and looked great when I picked it up. Awesome communication throughout the whole process and you can definitely tell they pay attention to the details!

This has been one of the Worst experiences I’ve had in poor service. They have had my truck since 12/24, o haven’t received one update until I called myself. They claimed to have the wrong number for updates, however, after I gave them the correct number I still never received any updates. On top of that they have told me it would’ve done by the end of the week for the last 3 weeks, however it’s still not near completion. This has been a terrible experience. I do not feel they value others time or inconvenience. If they couldn’t do the work on a reasonable time, that should have been stated at the time of drop off. I definitely would have found my own repair provider.
