They are patient and ready to work to understand what the item you are looking for is if at first they don’t know what you are talking about. If they cannot find it they are willing to do the research to find what you are looking for and will reach back out to you with the information they find.

Best car parts store in Alaska expecially Amber and Jimmy they know their jobs well I only shop at car quest for all of my auto parts they have familiarized the year make and model of my vehicle I shall never go home w the wrong parts again because of them two Thank-You Amber and Jimmy at the Fairbanks location what an asset you two make for that buisnes.

I called all of the parts houses in Fairbanks and this was the only one that had a Man answer the phone. I find them to be much more helpful and experienced. Thank you.
