Alger Towing LLC

My car broke down at work cause my fuel pump with went! Use AAA and they sent Alger towing. Ben was my driver and he was so fun and friendly! Really helped lighten the mood despite what was going on with me car! I left one of my bags in the truck on accident cause everything happened late in the evening! The following day he stopped by my work and dropped my bag off! Seriously was thankful and you just don’t see people do that anymore! Thank you Ben!! 😄

I experienced Alger towing after my car died while I was driving. I called AAA but it took forever to get in contact with them so after a while I decided to call the towing company directly and was greeted by Jamie who made sure I got all the information I needed. She even made a phone call to AAA dispatch to confirm my info while I was still on the phone. She then told me a tow truck would be in route within 30 mins and it showed up 20 mins later. Mark, who was my truck driver, was warm, helpful, and very quick with his service.

My car broke down on the highway during the winter, alger towing was the company AAA sent out.. they snapped my drive line while loading it on the truck because it wouldn't go into neutral, saying it was our fault, mechanics even said it was their fault.. because if it snapped drive it would have been a worse accident

Stay clear of ever using this company. Car was dropped off at requested location and I was denied a receipt. A receipt was necessary to be reimbursed for this tow through my insurance. I was reassured that this receipt was going to be emailed to me the next day. It was not. Multiple emails and many phone calls later STILL NO RECEIPT. I am now unnecessarily out these funds. This is completely beyond unprofessional. Alger Towing if you'd like to resolve this finally please contact me ASAP. For now a massive RED FLAG will stay here for the public to stay clear of ever using this company.

These guys are good. They came very quickly and got our car from the ditch with care. Charged us a reasonable price and were very friendly.
