How do you write a RAVE review for car service? I am an old woman who couldn't tell a piston from a brake pad. But I can tell you anything you want to know about customer service. And my experience with Michelle at Rairdon's KIA was simply off the charts positive. To begin with, I arrived early for my appointment, half expecting I'd be asked to leave and return at the appointed time. She graciously entered me in the flow and suggested I have a coffee in their lounge area. No problem! I had options about air filters, so she brought them to me to review. No pressure. My choice. Well explained. Cheerfully and respectfully handled. Remember, I am old. I have had terrible treatment at service and repair places and this was the absolute opposite. My experience was great! Attentive, answered my questions and even when I forgot to ask for a tire rotation in the beginning this team took my car back into the shop and rotated my tires. I am very happy with this service and the team is very nice. Thank you!!

I scheduled my first maintenance check with Rairdon’s and Michelle was courteous and professional, spending time to explain the process prior to the work as well as a full breakdown of what was completed afterwards. She answered my battery question, seeking clarification with a service tech. Michelle offered a free service ride to go get lunch or stay on-site, and readily agreed to have their staff take me back to work (locally), with the offer of picking me up when my car was ready. My car was vacuumed and a free car wash card for a local facility was provided as well. Great service, kind staff!

I drove 90 minutes each way to specifically go to this location... Effortless installation of a recalled part on my Kia. Plus they did a second part on the recall list, then did the usual oil change and inspection. Everything was on time, in excellent condition and the staff were all super kind. (The lounge was nice, clean and so comfy I didn't even take them up on their free shuttle into town while I waited.

Michelle was very attentive and listened to my issue. Told me up front the possible diagnostic outcome and an estimate. Also told me if there was a leak, I might be responsible and/or it could be covered under warranty. I was kept up to date on when to return in a timely manner. There was no cost as the service was covered under warranty. I would definitely recommend Rairdon KIA over some of the other KIA dealerships in my area. Great service and Willingha to go the extra mile for the customer.
