My truck was recently bought in for a transmission issue, (truck wouldn't shift into drive or reverse), They diagnosed the problem and saved me from getting a new transmission. The mechanics were excellent, professional and honest. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

Helped me out in a big way-called 4 other shops which were all booked out, called Jiminez' and explained my situation, they were full too but willing to take a look to see if it was something that could be done quickly. I was stranded out of my home state after driving in to Burlington for my daughters wedding and suddenly my car wouldn't start. They diagnosed my failed fuel pump and did the repair in 4 hours-in time to get to the wedding. Car starts up great.

I have had to bring my son’s car in multiple times. This place is wonderful! Father and Son- They are fair in price, they have never taken advantage and they care about people. I trust them totally. It is wonderful being able to have a place I can trust for my son to bring his car while he is up here going to college. I got a quote for my own car at the dealership at home in Tacoma and then came to them and they gave me a quote that was hundreds of dollars less! They will have my business forever!

I used Jimenez auto repair a few times, although it has been a few years now, but we have plans of taking our vehicle to them here really soon. From my first experience with them to most recent he has always been very very honest!! And trustworthy! How I have felt working with him was he didn't want to see us spend money on a couple different situations they he gave us very good advice on there opinion what he suggested we may do being the mechanic,. He NEVER has took on the job as if he were just hurting for a job and to bs us. He has been great will see u soon. Recommended to everyone
