Crash Champions Collision Repair Burlington

I've never had to get my car repaired before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm glad I chose this shop. Megan helped me from start to finish. She knew I was paying for a rental out of pocket and said she would try to have it finished ASAP. I was originally quoted two weeks for repairs but it was done 5 days before. It was finished by Friday and she called me to get it so I wouldn't have to pay for a rental over the weekend. She even kept the doors open a bit longer so I could make it. I was able to leave my rental there. The next day I was able to see what work they did and I'm very impressed, it looks like nothing ever happened. Would recommend.

I worked the Insurance Agency circut here in Burlington for a couple years. 95% of our customers requested Crash Champions... now I have firsthand experience of why! Insurance agencies tend to try to fix the car as cheap as possible, even if it means sacrificing the Integrity of the original fixtures. Crash Champions worked hard to get me my request of genuine parts. 95% of parts put on my car were genuine parts. They worked with the rental car agency so that not only delivery of my rental car to Crash Champions was seamless, but also the drop off. They did a fantastic job on my car...I was even MORE surprised when I got inside my car to see that they had even cleaned it out! Semi detailed! Their services are impeccable! the communication from them was okay. i was told by a certain day i would have my car back, they then called me that day saying my vehicle was not ready yet, that it would for sure be done the next day. next day came, and i was told to wait another. then the following day came and i was told at 1pm to pick up my car at 4:30 pm due to them needing to “detail it”(far from “detailed”). 4:15pm came around and i got a phone call stating i needed to wait another day due to driving codes now popping up on my vehicle. my car went in with NO codes. so obviously someone did something wrong here. so finally the next day, 6/13 i was able to pick up my vehicle. already frustrated with them, i then saw the interior of my car. i brought my car in for a driver side rear door and fender replacement. when i

Had my super nice Ram 1500 parked in a parking lot and a silly kid hit the back left just behind the wheel and messed up the tail bed and rear bumper. They did a really good job matching the paint and putting on a new side pretty flawlessly. Great customer service, very punctual. When I walked around the truck there was some minor things they had missed but they fixed them the next time I came back which I really apreciated. Only complaint is part of the trim on the rear bumper doesn't look installed completely and is slightly seperated which they said if it seperated more they would fix (wish they had just fixed it so I wouldn't have to come back) and a few missing trim screws here and there and part of the tail light weatherstrip wasn't installed but I figured out where it went.
