Had to give a 3 star, but let me explain. The people were very nice and proffessional. I took my truck for a diagnostic on hard shifting, they couldn't find the issue, but paid almost 400 for diagnostics. Got a call back for update (very nice and thorough) I was told that my issue might be because of stabilitrack light was on and the steering positioning angle sensor was bad (perhaps the cause of the light) however i didnt have a "service stabilitrac" light on when I took it, the lady told me it did. I know I couldn't prove it so I left it alone and paid for diagnostics. I typically take videos and pictures of vehicle in and out before the mechanic for that reason, except this time. Not saying its their fault, but it wasnt there when I dropped it off. The overall service was good, exc
