Service was great I enjoyed my visit to O'Reilly's.
I just want to say thank you for all the help we got. The guy at the counter was great help. We were over an hour from home and we had car problems and he helped us read the codes to diagnose and find the parts we needed. To repair and go home.
I don't like going to Napa because they never acknowledge you when you come in, so I decided to go to O'Reillys today. I walked in, one guy was on the phone and one guy standing at the counter didn't say one word to me and clearly I was waiting to be helped. Stood there for a while and made eye contact with him and still no acknowledgement. So I walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere. Do better O'Reillys!
The woman here makes you feel like a sexist if you disagree with her opinion
