He was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable! We test drove the car we were looking at and knew right away we wanted it! He guided us through the process! We purchased a 2022 Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee L a week ago. We actually found the one we were looking for at another dealership, located an hour and a half from home. We knew we’d be using Alma for our local services (when we don’t perform them ourselves) and had to see them already today, after finding that the original dealership overfilled our engine oil by a quart. It’s under warranty so we didn’t want to mess with that and wanted verification to tell the purchasing dealership so they could address their service department and its training.
