Joe & Matt are the most knowledgeable and experienced backbones; While newer staff are sufficiently helpful, and everyone seems to bring positivity to customers as a team.They may not always have certain parts in stock. However, if they can order it at all, they certainly do. And orders arrive timely, usually within a couple days. Which we all know when it comes to our rides, time is vital. Thank you O'Reilly's for employing these great assets and for providing a valuable service to the Alma community through these great people. Rebuilt a motor for a 2000 jeep cherokee . They had everything i needed pistons,rings,crank,new bearings and at good price and the guys at alma mi store helped out alot getting me the parts I needed and fast

Great customer service! Joseph, the store manager at the Alma location, helped with diagnostic testing on my car battery. He had the battery tested and replaced in under 15 minutes. Very thankful for his help in a pinch!
